ORDERING A PRESCRIPTION
You may request a repeat prescription either by ringing our nurse or filling in a repeat prescription form at reception. You may be requested by our nurse to come in for an appointment. Please give us plenty of time to get the prescription ready for you, at least 24 hours. Surcharges apply for urgent prescriptions as well as faxed prescriptions.
